All Sales Are Final Because our products are custom-made specifically for you based on the image you upload and the preview you approve at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Instant Preview & Approval We provide an instant preview feature to ensure you are completely satisfied with your design before you pay. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the preview and verify that the spelling, layout, and image quality are correct.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. While we cannot accept returns for custom goods based on customer preference, we will make it right if we made a mistake.

Please contact us immediately at hello@museminor.com if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item was damaged during shipping.

  • You received the wrong item.

In your email, please include your Order Number and a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and, if valid, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a replacement is not possible for a damaged or defective item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
