Shipping policy
1. Geographic Scope

Physical Products (Hard-Copy Stickers): We currently ship physical items exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship physical goods internationally at this time.

Digital Products: Digital files can be purchased and downloaded by customers worldwide.
2. Delivery of Digital Products

Instant Delivery: Digital files are delivered electronically via email immediately after your payment is processed.You will receive a secure link to download your high-resolution image file.

No Shipping Fees: There are no shipping charges for digital products.

File Access: If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
3. Physical Products
Production vs. Shipping Time For hard-copy orders shipped within the US, please note that "Shipping Time" is different from "Production Time."

Production Time: Because every sticker is custom-made to your approved design, we require 1-2 business days to print, cut, and pack your order.

Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier (e.g., USPS) to deliver the package to your door after it has left our facility.
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
4.Physical Shipping Rates & Estimates (US Only)
We ship orders from our facility in California.

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 3-5 business days after production.

Expedited Shipping: Usually arrives in 1-3 business days after production.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking (Physical Orders)
Once your physical order has been produced and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with the initial scan information.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Muse Minor is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a physical package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Muse Minor is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office immediately for GPS coordinates of the delivery scan.
